During the lovely sunshine we had yesterday, I couldn't help but feel the energy of spring beginning to stir, and nudging me out of my winter hibernation.
These past few months, I've been laying the groundwork for the year, working on my business and marketing plans, and planning new photography projects that I'm absolutely thrilled about. But what excites me most? The prospect of meeting all of you wonderful people and your lovely horses. Truly, the connections I make and the stories I get to tell through my lens are really the highlight of my work.
Embracing the spirit of spring
As I have been working on the year ahead for my business, my mind wanders to the personal joys that comes with spring. This season is a time of fresh starts, not just for nature but for us as well. Here's a little glimpse into what I'm looking forward to:
- More Hacking: With my horse stabled next to the Epsom Downs, I'm eagerly anticipating many more hacks with friends now as the days get longer.
- Gardening Goals: Having settled into my home a couple of years ago, it's high time I roll up my sleeves and work on my garden. I want a vibrant space, perfect for hanging out during warm summer days.
- Road Trip Escapades: Also really looking forward to hitting the road with friends, camera in tow, especially to the New Forest. Capturing the wild beauty of the horses there (and I love the foals!) is just an amazing experience that I'll never get tired of.
