Spring sessions

After booking your session, your next question might be - but what should I wear? Worry not, I'm always happy to help you with tips and guidance, and here you can find some helpful tips that might steer you in the right direction. But remmeber that the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and that what you wear is "you".

My horse and rider sessions are around two hours long, which gives us time to be versatile so most of my clients want to have two or three different outfits during their session. More than three could make you feel frazzled during the day of your session, but most clients will appreciate having photos that are both casual and smart.

Casual look

For a casual look, you might want to wear a summer dress, shorts and a nice top or jeans with a cosy sweater. The weather and temperature can differ a lot over the season, so where some days a summer dress might be enough - another day you might want to add a cardigan or jacket on top of that.

Smart casual look

For the smart casual look, you might want to wear a pair of nice jeans with brown boots and a shirt or blouse, possibly with a cardigan or jacket on top depending on the weather.

Smart look

The smart look can be anything from smart trouser and a nice bluse to a light and long summery dress to a ball gown, depending on your own style. This is the style to go over the top and where you get to feel truly glamorous if you wish.

I love accessories, anything that makes your outfit more you! Whether that is hats, gloves, scarves, jewellry, cool shoes or boots. My top tip is to avoid busy patterns, large logos and neon colours.

And again, remember that the most important thing is that you feel comfortable!
