A photo session with a handsome black gelding
I have been meaning to try out a few new techniques and found the perfect opportunity a few weeks ago when I had the very handsome dressage horse Norman in front of my camera. He lives at a gorgeous yard, but the goal of the day was to create portraits with a simple background and just focus on the beauty of the horse.
I love both the black and white background portraits, the black is a very classic look (although here I created a more dramatic version than you would normally see in horse photography) and the white background portraits are modern and popping.
Both these types of portraits will look good on the different wall art options that I offer - but I love the black background portraits on acrylic and the white ones on metal.
