Location, location, location
You might be looking at all the amazing photography out there, wishing you could have portraits like that made of you and your horse, but thinking that your yard isn't pretty enough. That there are no locations that would be suitable. Believe me that that's not true.
When I come to a new yard, I see it with very different eyes than you do. I see the beautiful foliage, the querky gates, the character of the old buildings and how lovely the light is falling over the fields. I have so far not visited a single yard where I haven't been able to create beautiful photographs.
I'll show you some examples below of photos taken at small yards, where there isnt't much space, electric tape everywhere and that might have been a bit older/run down. And I will be able to find these places at your yard as well.
